Continuous Improvement Leader | Fremont, MI
Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Fremont that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
- Develop and execute a continuous improvement roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CI initiatives.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
- Provide training and coaching on CI tools and principles to all levels of the organization.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the plant.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying various CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).
- Proven ability to drive cultural change and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop others in continuous improvement principles.
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
