Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC-based control systems and HMI interfaces.
• Develop and integrate robotic solutions for various manufacturing processes.
• Commission and test new automated machinery and production lines.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in existing automation equipment to minimize downtime.
• Optimize automation systems for improved efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for automation projects and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation project planning and execution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming, configuration, and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing SCADA/HMI systems for process control and data visualization.
• Experience with industrial robotics programming, integration, and maintenance (e.g., KUKA, FANUC, ABB).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA).
• Ability to read, interpret, and design electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
• Knowledge of industrial sensors, actuators, and motor control systems for manufacturing applications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Proficiency with industrial data historians (e.g., OSIsoft PI, Ignition) or scripting for data analysis (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Familiarity with industrial control system (ICS) cybersecurity principles and standards (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443).
• Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
